October 3, 2008 Jet Lag This week I'm trying to recover from the jet lag I am still feeling since I got back from Singapore! I arrived in NY on Monday and the next day I had an interview with People en Español magazine. I had a fitting with Billie (our stylist) for my trip to Atlantic Cityon Thursday, I went to the salon to get my hair done and ran to the UNA awards, where I had the opportunity to meet beautiful people like the Cisneros family, Catherine Zeta Jones and her husband Michael Douglas. I had the honor to present one of the awards to Dr. Larry Brilliant, an amazing man who has dedicated his life to empower organizations to improve human conditions in significant ways. I had an amazing evening meeting wonderful people from all over the world with the same goal...try to make the world a better place. On Thursday, Miss USA Crystle Stewart (my roommate) and I went to Atlantic City for the opening of the Chairman's Tower at the Taj Mahal, so we had the chance to see our boss Mr. Trump and his beautiful daughter Ivanka Trump. Back to NY on the same night to pack and go to bed so I could to go to bed! I am off to Washington DC for the Youth AIDS gala and I CAN NOT wait until Sunday so I can stay home and do some laundry!
